Remote Care Coordinator
Job Summary
A healthtech company has a current position open for a Remote Care Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide a clinical service to patients
- Apply compassion and support to fulfill patient care duties
- Aid with referrals and connections to care outside the company network
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree (from an accredited University/college) in social work
- Minimum of 1-year mental health clinical experience working with adults (post-Bachelor's)
- Advanced communication skills (written, oral as well as listening skills)
- Advanced competency using Google products
