Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Care Coordinator in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with identified healthcare providers
- Serving as first level triage for clients with assessing their financial and healthcare insurance needs
- Tracking and supporting patients when they obtain services outside the practice
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven data analysis skills
- Demonstrate excellence in both internal and external customer service
- Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population groups
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent work experience/education
- Able to take and follow through with delegated tasks and accountability
- Understand and effectively communicate HIPAA compliance, corporate compliance and client confidentiality
