Remote Care Coordinator - Spanish

Job Summary

Supporting patients and providers in a remote capacity, the temporary-to-permanent Remote Care Coordinator - Spanish will manage patient accounts, facilitate access to healthcare services, and provide exceptional customer service while working full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and provide resolutions
• Create, process, and maintain accurate referrals and applications while managing patient accounts
• Deliver empathetic support and education to patients, guiding them through available resources and processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer policies preferred
