Job Summary
A telehealth solutions company is in need of a Remote Care Delivery Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the team in reaching daily/weekly/monthly goals, while still performing routine CCM responsibilities
- Monitor account status: voicemails addressed; priority emails addressed; complete each month with 80% of all patients serviced
- Reassign team members as needed to other clinics and accounts
Required Skills:
- Has worked in the CCM role for at least 6 months
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours minimum)
- Current license to practice as an LVN/LPN/RN with compact license, or a registered or certified MA
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, leadership and communication with team members and manager
- Demonstrates proficiency with all technology used as a CCM
- 60 + WPM typing
