Job Summary

A science and technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Care Evolution Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving, maintaining, and closing issues
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Providing support for issue escalation

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10% travel
  • Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of UNIX and/or Windows Server administration
  • 3 years Care Evolution System experience
  • 3 years experience configuring, monitoring and administering a client/server based application
  • Knowledge of Citrix, Oracle databases, UNIX, Microsoft, IBM MQ, Web Application Server, or MQ WebSphere
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients
