Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Care Experience Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a liaison between the client and admissions, billing, and/or clinical team
- Serving as lead in resolving client and family concerns, and as a filter for challenges
- Communicating with clients about individual and group session attendance

- Availability 40 hrs/week with flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of our clients and their families
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or social/mental health related field
- 1+ years experience in customer service or client facing position
