Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Care Management Administrative Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create letter templates, cover letters and Care Management communication/collaboration documents
- Access care management documentation systems for data entry and to support the existing programs
- Use various software including Word, Excel spreadsheets, databases and presentation software
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Can deploy Administrative Assistant Duties, Admin Support, and Microsoft Office
- Able to assist with planning department education, engagement and holiday events
- Can consult and accept guidance from appropriate clinical team members
- Able to pull in Clinical Faxes/Emails from Clients for the Care Management Department
