Job Summary
A hospital data warehouse is in need of a Remote Care Management Analytics Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing guidance and mentoring to team of data/software engineers
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, iterative development and accountability
- Collaborating with product and UX teams to architect and build analytic applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel: Up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in Care Management, Population Health Management or Healthcare analytics
- Prior experience managing people and teams
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
