Job Summary
A health service provider is seeking a Remote Care Management Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for providing non-clinical support to the Medicare Medical Management CM/UM teams
- Serving as program liaison to support patients throughout the duration of service offerings
- Applying a high level of problem-solving and facilitation skills
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of experience in a specialized customer service environment
- Two (2) years of college coursework (at least 48 credit hours
- 3. Knowledge of healthcare, healthcare industry, or medical terminology required.

- At least one (1) year of experience in a role requiring an understanding of managed care or Medicaid/Medicare or similar
