Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Care Management Intake Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Research and provide clinical and complex resource information
- Provide initial screening of potential complex case management referrals
- Ensure documentation is clear, concise and meets all regulatory, legal and accreditation standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years healthcare experience
- 3 years' clinical experience or healthcare experience
- 5 years clinical experience with patients
- Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences or licensed in allied health field
- Prior Mental Health/Social Work experience
