Job Summary
An independent medical oncology and hematology practice is in need of a Remote Care Management Registered Nurse Patient Care Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing disease specific management
- Providing an understanding of patient's disease
- Documenting assessment and interventions in real time in the electronic medical record
Position Requirements Include:
- A valid Florida RN license required
- ONCC/OCN certification
- A graduate of an Accredited RN Nursing Program
- Two (2) years of RN oncology experience required
- Five (5) years of overall nursing experience required
- Procedure entry with experience in insurance and medical terminology
