Job Summary

An independent medical oncology and hematology practice is in need of a Remote Care Management Registered Nurse Patient Care Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing disease specific management
• Providing an understanding of patient's disease
• Documenting assessment and interventions in real time in the electronic medical record

Position Requirements Include:

• A valid Florida RN license required
• ONCC/OCN certification
• A graduate of an Accredited RN Nursing Program
• Two (2) years of RN oncology experience required
• Five (5) years of overall nursing experience required
• Procedure entry with experience in insurance and medical terminology
