A software technology company specializing in the senior care industry has an open position for a Remote Care Management Software Financial Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and web cases focused on billing and configuration questions and problems
- Engage with facility staff/end users through various communication channels to gather details of their questions and challenges
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction
Required Skills:
- Post-secondary Degree/College Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Medical Billing, Economics, Health Management, or closely related field
- Experience with accounts receivables, accounts payable, GLAP, Trust, Collections
- Experience with overall billing, month end close, journal entries, financial reporting
