Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Care Management Support Assistant 2.
Must be able to:
- Focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments
- Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
- Follow standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year or more of administrative, healthcare or customer service support experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and listening communication skills
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
