Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Care Management Support Assistant 3.

Must be able to:

  • Assist ASN with care coordination efforts of assigned beneficiary caseloads
  • Identify available local resources based on beneficiary needs
  • Assist in researching and providing community resources

Qualifications for this position include:

  • U.S. citizenship for this position
  • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
  • Healthcare professional with a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related health discipline
  • 3 years’ experience working in clinics, hospital case management, clinics and/or other healthcare settings
  • Above average written and verbal skills, including organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs specifically
