Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Care Management Support Assistant 3.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with questions regarding the status of referrals/authorizations for eligible beneficiaries
  • Support telephonic customer service functions with beneficiaries
  • Coordinate and track outcome measure completion to ensure assessments are received

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related health discipline from an accredited university
  • Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position
  • 3 years experience working in clinics, hospital case management, clinics and/or other healthcare settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs specifically
  • Above average written and verbal skills, including organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls and customer contacts
