Job Summary

Supporting patients throughout the healthcare access process, the full-time Remote Care Manager will coordinate benefit investigations, insurance verification, and medication access while working remotely in a temporary-to-permanent role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage inbound and outbound calls to ensure first-call resolution for patient inquiries
  • Coordinate the patient care process from benefit verification to medication delivery, collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance companies
  • Educate patients on insurance coverage, assist with prior authorizations, and resolve questions regarding assistance requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2-4 years of industry experience with patient-facing or high-touch customer interaction preferred
  • Previous Hub Services or Patient Support Services experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer policies preferred
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical therapies and medication adherence challenges preferred
