Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Care Manager Telephonic Nurse 2.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and clinical expertise on how to navigate through health care setting
- Provide one-on-one guidance to members who suffer from serious or chronic conditions
- Provide ongoing consultation with patients via telephone to ensure best quality of care
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel may be up to 5%, ability to travel for training
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (B.S.N)
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state(s) required to practice
- Ability to be licensed as a registered nurse in multiple states without restrictions
- 5+ years or more in an acute care setting of clinical nursing experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
