Job Summary

A health insurance provider is in need of a Remote Care Model Design Clinical Program Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with clinical leaders across company to document current-state clinical care models and design and implement future best-in-class clinical care models
• Coordinating with clinical and business leaders across the enterprise to operationalize clinical care models
• Collaborating with employed and managed practices to assess current capabilities and develop implementation strategy

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10 or more years of clinical, quality improvement, and management experience
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare management, managed care, and population health
• Experience working with and collaborating successfully with executive clinical and business leadership
• Experience in preparing and presenting information to clinical and executive level leadership required
• Ability to oversee development of clinical curriculum
