Job Summary
A therapy provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Care Operations Associate in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting families receiving care all the way from initial appointment scheduling to handling inbound requests
- Owning the relationship with our families and provide field support to our therapists
- Providing customer service and relationship management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Native fluency in English, written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience working a customer-facing operations role; strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
