A company offering services to seniors is seeking a Remote Care Pal Team Lead in Miami.

  • Directing a team of 15 front-line call center agents responsible for outbound call handling
  • Managing metrics, performance standards, methods, and procedures to improve call center productivity
  • Providing team motivation and development to maximize customer satisfaction opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of total call center experience or 3 years of call center supervisor experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
