Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Care Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and motivating a team of 15-20 Care Coordinators delivering care coordination services to patients
- Recognizing and engaging with your team in a positive, supportive, and encouraging manner
- Supporting interviewing, hiring and training efforts for new care coordinators to ensure success
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years experience working with patients in a CCM and/or RPM program
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a people management role, such as a supervisory role, team lead position or a similar role
- Prior experience managing virtual teams
- Active healthcare license or certificate
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
