Job Summary
An educational company has an open position for a Remote Career and Technical Education Counselor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering individual and group guidance curriculum supporting student development
- Assisting students in course placement and course scheduling
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop a four year plan for inclusion in the Individual Learning Plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Flexible schedule; Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Appropriate state certification for counselor and have or be willing to obtain an Global Career Development Facilitator certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web-based search engines, and database systems
- Ability to pass required background check
