Job Summary

An online educational provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Career and Technical Education Teacher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Applying working knowledge of the curriculum and Online School to grade and subject level assignment
• Supporting students/parents with placement, online school set up, curriculum and instructional issues
• Developing effective instructional tools and strategies to supplement and enhancing provided curriculum

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree AND 1 year industry experience leading to certification
• OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Shared view of the virtual academy’s mission
• Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
• An ability to support and guide adults as well as students
