A career transition and talent mobility provider is in need of a Remote Career Coach Job Search Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting Participants via video conferencing, telephone and email
• Acting as liaison to other service providers
• Coaching participants on their job search strategy

Position Requirements Include:

• 3 to 5 years of experience coaching or recruiting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Diverse professional background including corporate experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication, listening, multi-tasking skills
• Excellent rapport building skills
