Job Summary
A network and telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Career Dispute Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking all carrier disputes
- Validating, tracking and creating a written summary of recommendation for resolution of the dispute
- Sharing drives and archived data for research
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Required to work with other teams to resolve discrepancies found during the dispute review
- Able to maintain methods and procedures for their role
- Required to meet deadlines
