Job Summary
An education technology company is in need of a Remote Career Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing programming and career development curriculum to be delivered one-on-one, in small group sessions
- Hiring, on boarding, and managing part-time Career Success Coaches who provide 1:1 career support for Fellows
- Presenting virtual workshops to audiences of up to 1,500 attendees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience developing trusting relationships and effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers
- Outstanding, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Personable, approachable, and a good sense of humor
- Proactive problem-solver, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
