Job Summary
An online education company is in need of a Remote Career Readiness Education Director.
Must be able to:
- Direct strategy, program, and operations of the Career Learning business
- Develop ideas from concept to scalable product, program development and operational solutions
- Lead multiple cross-functional programs from concept to successful completion
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to travel approximately up to 20% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressive experience in strategy and business operations
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to conceptualize and implement new businesses and high revenue growth opportunities
- Experience driving complex initiatives in large corporate and entrepreneurial contexts
- Experience managing teams effectively in a matrix, regardless of direct reporting lines
