An education company has a current position open for a Remote Career Readiness Education Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting VP and cross functional leadership team in developing long-term strategic operating plans
- Converting a deep understanding of client needs, business goals and competitive pressures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel approximately up to 20% of the time
- Five (5) years of experience managing teams effectively in a matrix
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in strategy and business operations
- Demonstrated experience creating new businesses, processes and operations
- Bachelor’s degree
