An online career training school has an open position for a Remote Career Services Manager in Livonia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a strategic plan for career services
- Evaluating interactions between Career Coaches and students and implement regular coaching sessions
- Creating departmental presentations
Position Requirements Include:
- Prepare and present material at internal and external meetings, both in person and virtually
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven ability to influence change
- Three years of experience in sales, job placement, staffing, and/or recruitment
- Excellent oral and written communication
