Job Summary
A cloud communications service provider has an open position for a Remote Carrier Services Project Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for managing assigned expedited projects
- Coordinating carrier cutovers with customer and/or NWN Carousel PM
- Coordinating project review meetings with internal and external resources as needed to meet service deliverables
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience working in the telecommunications industry in a service roll
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess an understanding of provider network facilities
- Must be familiar with Telecom and Cable Company services, terminology, and process for ordering, repair & escalation
