Job Summary

A trucking and transportation company has a current position open for a Remote Carrier Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound communications with clients and drivers
  • Properly escalating troubled tickets to the proper team
  • Raising concerns and provide feedback to improve overall process and the company product

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Willingness to work either 6AM - 3PM PST or 5PM - 2AM PST
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • High degree of fluency with the English language
  • Self-starter comfortable navigating through ambiguous environments
