Job Summary

A company is looking for a Worksite Case Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input data and handle incoming calls from agency offices, accounts, and policy holders
  • Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets while regularly updating account information
  • Participate in phone rotation and communicate basic account information clearly
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Insurance experience is a plus
