Job Summary
Supporting the Case Management department, the full-time Remote Case Management Associate will engage in telephonic outreach to members, monitor eligibility, update databases, and research support services for families.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates communication between members and Case Managers, ensuring a friendly and courteous experience
- Conducts outreach calls to introduce the Maternity CM program and assist with information gathering for case management activities
- Documents member interactions and maintains accurate data in medical management databases as directed by leadership
Required qualifications
- Must reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones; EST candidates must work specified hours
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Call center and insurance/payor experience preferred
