Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Case Management Supervisor.

Must be able to:

• Apply clinical knowledge to work with facilities and providers for care-coordination
• Ensure appropriate distribution of workload
• Manage and coordinate all department activities

Required Skills:

• Travel Required
• 5-7 years of clinical experience
• Current license in one or more of the following disciplines: RN, LCSW, LSW, LPC, or other related clinical license
• High School Dimploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in case management/managed care
