Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Case Manager in Palm Beach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention and emergency authorizations as assigned
  • Develop discharge plans and oversee their implementation
  • Perform concurrent reviews for inpatient care

Required Skills:

  • Train in Miami for two weeks
  • Associate/Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Masters Degree in behavioral health related field
  • Certifications required: RN Licensure, LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
  • 3-5 years behavioral/mental health or psychiatric health care setting
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
  • Ability to meet all other company requirements
