Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Case Manager Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with case managers and agencies to enroll new members and update accounts
- Answer incoming calls and communicate with agencies and CMs to ensure accurate information
- Process tasks in H2H and Rivet work queues to maintain accurate client records and billing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks
- Customer service skills at an entry level with a commitment to providing excellent service
