Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Case Manager Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with case managers and agencies to enroll new members and update accounts
  • Answer incoming calls and communicate with agencies and CMs to ensure accurate information
  • Process tasks in H2H and Rivet work queues to maintain accurate client records and billing
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks
  • Customer service skills at an entry level with a commitment to providing excellent service
