Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Case Manager Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with case managers and agencies to enroll new members and update accounts
  • Answer incoming calls and communicate with agencies and CMs to ensure accurate information
  • Process tasks in H2H and Rivet work queues for client services and billing accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Zero or more years of experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within specified periods
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
