Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote Case Research Services Associate III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Examining and investigating medical claims to establish if recovery potential exists
• Initiating telephone contact and written correspondence with insurance claims adjusters and personal injury attorneys
• Utilizing the Internet and other resources to fully investigate potential recovery cases

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
• 18+ years of age
• steady work history
• experience with claims and making professional outbound calls
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
