Job Summary
An IT company is seeking a Remote Case Research Services Associate III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Examining and investigating medical claims to establish if recovery potential exists
- Initiating telephone contact and written correspondence with insurance claims adjusters and personal injury attorneys
- Utilizing the Internet and other resources to fully investigate potential recovery cases
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
- 18+ years of age
- steady work history
- experience with claims and making professional outbound calls
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
