A clinical research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cash Application Coordinator in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Applying receivables to Cash Receipts Log, QuickBooks and Finance Trackers for all lines of business
• Performing transactional line item cash posting into systems based on remittance detail provided by pharmaceutical companies
• Recognizing missed revenue opportunities by reconciling payment detail to financial tracking rates to determine discrepancies

Qualifications Include:

• Associate degree preferred
• Two years of cash application experience; preferably in a clinical trial research or healthcare related environment preferred
• Ability to assist operations with financial information requests and questions
