Key Responsibilities

• Post payments to accounts and ensure accurate payment status
• Research and resolve unallocated payments within established benchmarks
• Reconcile deposits to posted payments daily and maintain compliance with departmental benchmarks

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma
• One year of cash posting or healthcare revenue cycle experience required
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work as a team player and be detail-oriented
• Flexibility and self-motivation to perform tasks independently
