Job Summary
A real estate broker and referral company has a current position open for a Remote Cash Close Valuation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Running property analyses
- Communicating “red flags” on potential deals
- Identifying ways to improve our valuation process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in a startup environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to change course
- Sound understanding of price discovery / demand-supply dynamics
- Prior experience with valuing or buying residential real estate
- Knowledge of how residential real estate gets transacted
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Apps, and comfort learning new tools and systems
