Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Cash Operations and Collections Quality Assurance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building a Quality Assurance framework
- Auditing multi-channel customer communication
- Creating and implementing quality standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to navigate CRMs (Salesforce and Zendesk)
- Able to navigate, analyze, and filter spreadsheets efficiently
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Able to navigate computers and troubleshoot potential tech issues
- Basic data visualization skills including PivotTables and Charts
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance environment
