Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Cash Posting Patient Financial Services Representative in Mesa.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Researching payments, denials and/or accounts
• Building strong working relationships with assigned business units
• Responding to incoming calls and makes outbound calls as required

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Requires knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services or insurance industry experience
• Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software are required
• Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Requires strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
