Remote Cash Posting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Claims Cash Posting Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and addresses over-payments and underpayments to ensure appropriate reimbursement
• Utilizes LEAN methodology for efficiency improvements and performs refunds, adjustments, and write-offs as needed
• Researches and resolves unapplied cash and misapplied payment requests while verifying electronic fund transfers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
• Basic bookkeeping principles and knowledge of consumer collection and billing rules
• Experience with cash posting and payment processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Epic experience preferred
