Job Summary

An institute for higher education is in need of a Remote eCornell Casual Enrollment Representative in Ithaca.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring all potential student information is accurately entered into Salesforce in a timely manner
• Developing a comfort level and excellent degree of service in communicating with prospective students in a variety of different ways
• Calling potential students via phone, participating in info sessions, responding to students on Facebook or LinkedIn, or working with students on our chat platform

Required Skills:

• High school diploma and one to three years of proven enrollment, sales or related experience
• Demonstrated detail-oriented and organizational skills
• Ability to move from one task to the next very quickly
• Ability to provide excellent degree of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Proven strong computer and technical skills
• Ability to partner with other departments as necessary to finalize the enrollment process for our students
