Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Casualty Claim Representative III.
Must be able to:
- Proactively manage claim activities to ensure fair claim resolution
- Perform a thorough investigation based upon the type, complexity, and severity of the claim
- Formulate and document an action plan based on the covered damages and injuries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Five to seven years of claim and/or other insurance-related experience
- Education/experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain state adjusting license requirements
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements
- Proficient knowledge of policy terminology and legal principles
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
