A technology company is in need of a Remote Casualty Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing operational scorecards for each designated account
  • Supporting AMs in meeting specific client needs in managing an account
  • Supporting sales management process

Qualifications Include:

  • Knowledge of the Insurance Industry required
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1st and/or 3rd party casualty experience required
  • Strong ability to Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
