Core Responsibilities Include:

• Corresponding with and interviewing medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants
• Taking accurate and detailed statements from all involved parties
• Calculating and approv payment of claims within a certain monetary limit

• Previous experience in insurance, investigations or other related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
