An agriculture fin-tech start-up needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Category Management and Trading Sales Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the execution of the category management and trading business plan and revenue goals
- Managing the cross functional execution of the marketplace strategy and operations
- Enabling sellers and buyers to engage and transact in the marketplace
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10-15 years’ executive sales leadership
- Deep experience working with and selling to produce buyers and sellers
- Consistent success with both individual and team performance
- Demonstrated success in consistent sales team overachievement and performance
- Demonstrated success in value Selling and individual sales skills
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
