Job Summary
A talent acquisition solutions company is seeking a Remote Category Management Sourcing Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contract documents associated with complex deals
- Partner with Legal and other support groups as needed to ensure completion of acceptable contracts
- Manage commercial negotiations with relevant suppliers
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience within a global sourcing or related function
- Experience leading strategic sourcing processes and contract development
- Strong understanding of legal concepts as related to contract negotiations
- Excellent relationship management skills, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management
- Certified purchasing manager, masters’ degree in procurement/supply chain, business, or equivalent experience preferred
